Day 27.

I am a movie LOVER! I love to watch movies and get lost in the stories and the characters and feel like I know these people. One movie that I am currently in love with is the Disney movie Tangled. This movie is about a girl (Repunzel) who is trapped in a tower by her "mother" because her hair has magical powers to heal and to make her "mother" youunger. She dreams of seeing the lights that she sees every birthday which actually turns out to be lanterns in a distance that are released every year for the lost princess. She meets a man named Eugene and begs him to take her to the lights for a price. To make a long story short, she sees the lights, falls in love with Eugene and finds out she is the lost princess. There's only one problem... her "mother" who actually isn't her mother at all. She tracks them down and decieves repunzel taking her back to the tower where she's lived for 18 years. Her "mother" tries to keep her from leaving by chaining her in the tower. Repunzel fights to get away but cannot break the chains. Her "mother" begs her not to fight and to comply. My favorite line of the movie is when Repunzel says to her "mother", "I will never stop fighting, as long as I am with you, I will fight!". How important it is to fight for our faith. The devil often tangles us in his webs of lies and deciet. Take Zeezrom for example in the book of Alma in the Book of Mormon. He was the anti-christ convincing the people in his area that God didn't love them and when Alma and Amulek came to set the people straight Zeezrom contended against them until Alma and Amulek, by the power of God, fought against Zeezrom to show him that God does exist and His word is the truth. In the end, Zeezrom becomes a follower of God and is baptized to his church. He even becomes a preacher! Even satan and his anti-christ cannot contend against the church of God, why should we? Heavenly Father is the Almighty. He is the same yesterday, to-day, and forever. There's no way that He's going to brought down; He wasn't yesterday, He won't be today and He'll never be brought down for eternity. Instead of fighting against Him, fight FOR Him. He rewards the righteous and is merciful towards everyone. Repent and live with Heavenly Father. He fights for you and you should fight for Him. Untangle yourself from satan's clutches, give into the Spirit. Read the Scriptures, love the characters, and make it your life.

I fight for my Heavenly Father. I love Him so much and I know that satan has no power over me or the power of God. Satan has to leave when the Spirit is present, so carry the Spirit with you always! He has changed my life, let Him change yours!
