It's Martin Luther King Jr. Day and I am free of all classes!
MLK Jr.'s famous speech "I Have A Dream." was an inspirational speech that effected many in the country. Thinking about it, What is your dream? Maybe you want to be a writer, a professional athlete, a doctor or even just want to be a good person. Got your dream in your mind? Thinking of that dream, would you stand up and do anything to defend that dream like MLK Jr. did? I would. My biggest dream is to live with Heavenly Father in Heaven. I would stand up for that dream. I do stand up for that dream. I know that I have to put forth every effort to achieve it. Our purpose on this earth is to live the way Heavenly Father intended us to and to do His will. Listening to the Spirit is part of this work. I learned that when you don't listen to the Spirit's promptings, the Spirit leaves. The way to get the Spirit back is to ask the Spirit back into your life. Like with any dream, we come across obstacles and they are very tough sometimes making our dreams seem impossible. I know my dream is not impossible. A verse in the Gospel of Luke tells us that with God nothing is impossible, along with Phillipians 3:14 which states, "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.". The beautiful thing about my dream is that the obstacles are absolutely possible. God will never put anything in your way that you cannot get yourself out of. Of course, you'll need some help from God as well. But all we have to do is ask. Ask of God today to help you reach your dreams.
I want to testify to you that I know our Heavenly Father loves us very much! I know that all we have to do is ask for Heavenly Father to help us and He will reveal unto us. Keep Heavenly Father in your heart and listen to the Spirit always!
I say all these things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
